To purchase any Ninja Force session on a future date please select the date from the calendar above.
Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before your Ninja Force Session to check-in

EXPERIENCE SESSION POLICY :

All sales are final. Online session purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged to another date and time slot. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours.

WAIVER POLICY:

Visitors and participants entering the venue must sign the Waiver form before entry. Please signed before checking in at the Front Desk

OUTFIT POLICY:

Participants are advised to wear active clothings, light sports shoes, gloves, and apply sunscreen and insect repellent before the activity. Gloves can be purchased at front desk or you are welcome to bring yours in good condition.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT FOR BAD WEATHER

In any of the following cases, Ninja Force may cancel or reschedule the booking without prior notice (once any of the following conditions are met, we will announce it on the Ninja Force social platform 2 hours before the course starts, if there are any questions Please feel free to contact us.)

• The event will be postponed when Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted at the Observatory 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• If the Observatory announces Typhoon No. 3 or above during the course/trip, the activity will be terminated immediately.
• When a red or black rainstorm warning is issued 2 hours before the scheduled time slot, the scheduled event will be postponed.
• If a red or black rainstorm signal is declared during the course/session, the event will be terminated immediately.
• Our coaches have the right to decide whether to cancel or continue a course if the situation is not considered safe by our coaches. All students are expected to follow the instructor’s instructions. No entry without permission.
• However, the course/session will proceed as originally planned if any of the following conditions are met:
• Classes and activities will be held as scheduled 2 hours after the black or red rainstorm signal is cancelled.
• Classes can be resumed 2 hours after the cancellation of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, depending on the current situation of the venue.
• In these cases, participants can contact Ninja Force for confirmation All paid classes and admission tickets cannot be rescheduled or refunded, regardless of the reason.RescheduleIn the event of bad weather, the course/session will be cancelled or rescheduled according to the above terms, and please pay special attention to:
• A rescheduling can be arranged if: When a class/activity is suspended, if the class/activity starts less than 30 minutes ago, arrangements can be made to reschedule the class. When a class/activity is suspended, if the class/activity has been started for more than 30 minutes, the class shall be deemed completed and no rescheduling will be made.
